2.5 room apartment for max 4 persons

Cosy 2.5 room attic apartment with direct access to the ski touring track towards Partnun. In the apartment on the 2nd floor there is a small kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with double bed and a living room with a pull-out sofa. In total the apartment offers up to four sleeping places. A parking spot is available directly in front of the house.

Equipment:
2 rooms, dobble bett, pull-out sofa, bett linen, bath towels.
Kitchen, pots, pans, dishes, microwave, Nespresso and Bialetti, radio, taxed garbage bags, WLAN.
Outside parking, pets allowed, non-smoking.

Cost

Winter Season (mid-December to mid-March)

CHF 93.-/night (incl. tourist tax) + 100.- cleaning/textile.
Arrival and departure only possible on Saturdays. Week price = 751.-

Off Season

CHF 83.-/night (incl. tourist tax) + 100.- cleaning/textile.
Minimal stay duration: 2 nights. Week price = 681.-

Cancellation

Partial reimboursment in case of cancellation: 90% up to 1 month in advance, 50% up to 2 weeks in advance, 0% afterwards.

Location

The apartment is located at the far end of the village of St. Antönien, directly at the bus stop Meierof, direction Partnun. The village store and the first restaurants are less than 5 minutes walk away, and the ski lift Junker is in 10 minutes walking distance. Various ski tours start directly at the apartment and there is also the possibility to ski back to the apartment. In summer, various biking routes can be explored directly from the apartment. A little further back in the valley, the fantastic mountain panorama opens up with numerous hiking routes, via ferratas, climbing tours and the unique Partnunsee.
